The Grenadier Guards - Diamond Jubilee

Fakta **The Grenadier Guards** trace their lineage back to 1656, when *Lord Wentworth's* Regiment was raised in Bruges, in the Spanish Netherlands (Flanders), from gentlemen of the Honourable Artillery Company by the then heir to the throne, *Prince Charles* (later King *Charles II*) where it formed a part of exiled King's bodyguard. The Diamond Jublilee is the best of 10 years of the *Royal Grenadier Guards* 2002-2012.
