Olimpias Orkan from Gothenburg, Sweden, came together in 2017 with the intention of creating music that pushes boundaries and challenges the norms of jazz by exploring the infinite possibilities of a seven-piece band. With vivid melodies, energetic improvisation and a strong interaction, the septet catches the ears and hearts of the listeners. The lyrics depicts a wide range of emotions that can occur in a human being and portrays the injustice in society in an honest and open way.
