Deliveries
We ship worldwide, and use Posten as our main cargo/freight handler. We send as first class mail up to 2 kg in weight, deliveries over 2 kgs are sent as packages. Deliveries in the E.U is normally 2-5 weekdays, and to countries outside of the E.U between 4-10 days, (depending on Country). Both labels and ourselves have a high interest in fast deliveries, and will send your order as soon as possible. You only have to pay for the shipping of one order. In case of backorders, any items delivered after the initial shipment will be shipped free of charge.
Shipping costs
Shipping cost for orders in the Nordic Region is 55 SEK. Rest of the world is 90 SEK.
Payment
Please note that creditcard is the only payment option available on international orders. We accept all major creditcards with the exception of American Express and Diners Club. With orders outside the EU, VAT is deducted (25%). We don?t accept responsibility for any eventual extra charges that may occur with orders abroad (customs, VAT or other charges due to customs).
When ordering, choose payment option creditcard. When you press buy, you are transferred to our secure site, where you enter your card details. Your order is than forwarded to our partner Auriga ePayment for control and reservation of funds. Auriga ePayment is licensed for Verify By Visa and Master Card Secure and follows the security Banks demand for licensing. Please note that the full amount payable will be drawn from your account in a few days, even if the products are backordered. The money is deducted from your account the same way as when using it in any store. Your creditcard details are not stored with Bengans. We reserve the right to refuse orders if we feel it is necessary. If that is the case, no money will be drawn from your account and the order is removed.
Security
We offer secure payment with credit cards or debit cards. On the page where you enter your credit/debit card, we use a 128-bit encryption to protect your information. If you want to make sure that the page is encrypted, just right-click and choose "properties" in the menu. The box that appears states that it is a TLS page 1.0, RC4 with a 128-bit encryption, RSA 1024-bit key. Our web shop uses cookies. Browsing through our online store without cookies is possible, however shopping is not. We use cookies for the handling of the items in your shopping cart.
Claims
Is your item damaged or faulty upon delivery? Please contact us by phone or email and we'll help you get a flawless copy instead. Please let us know your customer account number and the invoice number in order to speed up the process. Customer account number and invoice number can be found at the upper left corner of your invoice. Please contact us before you send us any items.
Returns policy
Our online customers may return items within 14 days of recieving the shipment. In case of regretting a purchase, you will have to pay for the return shipping yourself. The address for returns is at the top of this page. When returning any item(s), please enclose your invoice/delivery note (or a copy) in order to speed up the process. In the case of returning items paid for with a debit card, the sum of your purchase will be re-inserted to the bank account to which your debit card is connected.
