HOW TO SHOP IN OUR ONLINE STORE
Putting records into your shopping cart
You put an item into your shopping cart by clicking the BUY button next to the item you wish to buy. If the record has not yet been released, you can pre-order it. This is done in the same way as buying an album, only the button says BOOK. As soon as the pre-ordered record is released it is shipped out to you. Putting already released albums in your cart along with pre-orders of upcoming records is absolutely no problem at all. When doing so, you will only need to pay for shipping once (along with the first delivery).
After clicking BUY or BOOK, the item you have selected goes into your shopping cart. The shopping cart is always displayed at the top right corner of the page, below the search engine.
If you change your mind regarding an item in your shopping cart and want to remove it, just click "change" below the shopping cart. A page will then appear with your items listed on it. On the right-hand side of each item is a button labeled "delete" which removes the selected item from your shopping cart when clicked. You can also change the quantity of each item by entering a number into the box and clicking the Change button.
When you are satisfied with the contents of your shopping cart, click the Checkout button to submit your order.
Registered customer, new customer or quick cart?
After clicking on Checkout by your shopping cart, you are presented with three options.

If you're a registered customer and want to check your order status or wishlist, choose "Log in here >>"
If you're a new customer and want to be able to check the order status on current and future orders, as well as use the wishlist feature, choose "Register here >>"
The Quick Cart without registration is a fast and smooth way of ordering if you don't feel the need to check your order status or use the wishlist.
Do you want to send an item as a gift? Using the Quick Cart enables you to enter a friend's shipping address but your own billing address (as well as your own phone number and email address for order confirmation). The record will be sent directly to your friend.
Choosing Log in will take you to
Step 1, where your registered contact information is displayed. It will also display the contents of your shopping cart. Here you can edit your order before proceeding. If you're happy with your order, just click "Next".
Step 2, displays the different payment methods offered in our web shop. Please note that credit/debit card is the only option available for customers outside of Sweden. After choosing payment method, click "Genomför köp" (Confirm buy), and the purchase is carried out.
Step 3, Done. A confirmation is shown, verifying that we have recieved your order. An email confirming your order is also sent to the email address you've entered along with your contact information.
SEARCHING THE SITE
The search box is located in the top right corner of our web site. Just enter the artist or title you're looking for and click SEARCH. The search results are then presented under five different tabs: Music, Music DVD, Movies, Books and Other. Next to the name of each tab are brackets within which a number shows how many titles were found in each category.
In both the Music and Music DVD tabs, the search results at the top are sorted by artist. Other hits, such as album titles and song titles, are displayed a bit further down on the page. Clicking on an artist's name will take you to a list of all titles available from that artist. Clicking on a title will take you to available products with that title, and clicking track title will take you to a list of songs titles that contain the word or words searched.
The third tab, Movies, shows search results sorted by title. In the fourth tab, Books, the search result at the top are sorted by author or artist, with title searches further down. The fifth tab, Other, shows artists at the top and titles further down.
Clicking Advanced search enables you to search on different genres, price ranges and media types.
