Deliveries
Bengans Mailorder runs out of Goteborg, Sweden. We ship worldwide, and use the Swiss Post as our main cargo/freight handler. We send as first class mail up to 2 kg in weight, deliveries over 2 kgs are sent as packages.
Deliveries in the E.U is normally 3-5 working days, and to countries outside of the E.U between 4-10 days, (depending on Country). In our experience, certain countries (Argentina,Brazil,Mexico, Spain for example) may take slightly longer. For orders containing over 6 cd's outside EU, we ship the cd's without jewel cases.
When a product is deleted it will no longer list in our search engine, i.e all titles in our catalogue are according to our suppliers available for delivery. If a title isn´t in stock we can ususally have it within a week. Both labels and ourselves have a high interest in fast deliveries, and will send your order asap. Titles we are waiting for when your package is sent will always be sent free of charge in a later delivery. If you order several titles and we don´t have all in stock, we will send the ones we do have after 3 days, to await an eventual delivery.
Pre-Orders
You can order titles not yet released with us. Instead of a KÖP button, these have a BOKA button. These titles are sent as soon as we get the title in stock. Pre-orders are handled in the same order as already released titles. This means if you place an order containing both released titles and a pre-order, we will send the released titles before the upcoming title, and you will only be charged one shipping cost (with the first delivery).
Please note that it´s relatively common to move releasedates among record-labels, For actual release date, please check our website.

Shipping Costs
We charge only once per order, which means, if we don´t have everything in stock, we send the backorder separately, free of charge for you. We don´t accept responsibility for any eventual extra charges that may occur with orders abroad (customs, VAT or other charges due to customs) With orders outside the EU, VAT is deducted (25%).

Creditcards
We accept VISA and Mastercard. When ordering, choose payment option creditcard in tag 3 in the register. When you press buy, you are transferred to a secure site at our payment partner Auriga AB (Auriga ePayment), where you enter your card details. Approve the details and the information will be controlled by Auriga and reservation of funds will be made. Your creditcard details are not stored at Bengans.
Please note that the full amount payable will be drawn from your account in a few days, even if the products are backordered.
